VanEck's New Wealth Builder ETF Combines Bitcoin With Traditional Assets

VanEck launched its Wealth Builder ETF, integrating global stocks, bonds, and real assets with indirect Bitcoin exposure through digital asset products.

VanEck has officially introduced its new Wealth Builder ETF (WBMO), providing investors with a diversified portfolio that merges conventional financial instruments with cryptocurrency exposure. The actively managed fund combines global equities, fixed income, and real assets like gold, while utilizing digital asset exchange-traded products to gain indirect Bitcoin exposure.

The fund operates with an open-architecture approach, incorporating both VanEck funds and third-party ETFs. To comply with regulatory standards, certain investments, including digital assets and commodities, are held through a wholly owned Cayman Islands subsidiary, capped at 25% of total assets at each fiscal quarter-end. The fund features a net annual expense ratio of 0.26%, optimized through specific fee waivers.

This launch reflects VanEck's ongoing strategy to bridge traditional financial markets with the digital asset ecosystem. By offering a balanced multi-asset approach, the firm aims to position portfolios effectively for long-term trends, macroeconomic shifts, and technological advancements.
